Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under certain circumstances.

You may request a return if:

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging where applicable.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and may request additional information or evidence to assist with resolving the issue.

Return Condition

Where a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories and components.
